So again a little bit more expensive on the fees, so if you’re not going to use the Sun City Grand Realtor® amenities, then maybe Sun City West or Sun City is a better you know fit for you. Because they’re a little bit cheaper, but if you’re somebody who likes to get out and utilize everything, this is the great facility they have here in Sun City Grand. For a location, Sun City Grand is west of Sun City West, so they keep going west; this is a Del Webb community, so there was the initial first Sun City, and that is east of here. The Sun City West was the loop 303 freeway on the very far northwest corner of Phoenix that runs right through Sun City Grand.
The US-60 Highway runs at an angle to Downtown Phoenix and up to Wickenburg, and eventually up to Las Vegas runs right through here. So you get a few freeways that give you reasonable access to surrounding areas; let’s costs so when you first move into Sun City Grand. If you’ll have a one-time five thousand dollar fee when you’re first moving into the community that everybody has to pay, that goes into the community’s big Bank fund.
Suppose you will maintain the community for some of their more significant projects. In that case, you’ll have a reoccurring annual fee of 1 675, which covers your access to your rec centers. The clubs are that kind of thing, so those fees are slightly more than the other Sun cities. However, Sun City Grand is you’ll tell you that a peaceful community and the amenities are just great.
